Robin A. Carden - President / Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years in Advanced Materials, Robin A. Carden brings to the company a depth of knowledge ceramic and metal-manufacturing processes will be invaluable. Mr. Carden was the founder of the Talon Composites - the manufacturer of Talbor® - a composite material that uses Boron Carbide ceramic (actually the third hardest substance known), yet lighter than aluminum. Mr. Carden is the inventor of Talbor® and also holds 25 patents - most related to metal matrix composites. He won the “Design Engineering Award” from Design news in 1998. He has also patented the Clear Orthodontic braces for 3M and Ceradyne, Inc. He worked for 6 years at Ceradyne, Inc. as a Senior Engineer. Ceradyne, Inc. awarded him the prestigious Presidents award for his work with Advanced Ceramics.

Rodolfo Garcia – Chief Operating Officer
Rodolfo graduated from the University de Nuevo Leon, with a degree in Management and Mechanical engineering. He started working with ceramics in 1971 for DAL tile. He has held many managerial positions in the ceramic industry focusing on frits, glazes and tile manufacturing. The chief operations officer (COO) is responsible for the overall administration and business operations.

Areas of responsibility include administration, personnel and fiscal management. This is a full-time position, hired by and directly accountable to the board of directors through its elected board chair in absence of an Executive Director. Rodolfo interests are Fishing & Traveling.

Victor Santillana – Chief Financial Officer
Victor Santillana is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Talon. He will provide both operational and programmatic support to the organization. The CFO supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. The CFO reports directly to the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and directly assists the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.

Cesar Tamez – Account Manager
Cesar has over 20 years experience in corporate logistics. His duties are to hire employees, schedule shifts and supervise the production team at the manufacturing plant. Research and order new tooling/components to improve and /or increase production capability. Write purchase orders, contact/ follow up with vendors. Negotiate pricing with new sub-contractors and or new merchants. Maintain tooling and supplies inventory. Control final product according to Quality Control Specifications. Create and update progress reports and reports directly to President and CFO. Communicate with our international customers via conference call and travel.

Adriana Barrera - R&D Engineer
Adriana has over 15 years of experience in the Ceramic Industry. She will evaluate materials and develop machinery and processes to manufacture materials for use in products that must meet specialized design and performance specifications. Develop new uses for known materials. Includes those working with composite materials or specializing in one type of material, such as graphite, metal and metal alloys, ceramics and glass, plastics and polymers, and naturally occurring materials.

Jorge Carillo - Plant Manager
Jorge will perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of such equipment as centralized heat, gas, water, and steam systems.

Iram Rivas - Customer Service
Iram will directly supervise and coordinate activities of transportation and material-moving machine and vehicle operators and helpers.
